The Moon-Viewing Party
I don't know whether there is a moon-viewing ceremony in western world, but the ceremony exists in Japan, China, and perhaps in Korea. In Japan, people offer dumplings(dangos) and decorate Japanese pampas grass.
I wrote this fanfic last autumn, in the end of September. Last year, the full-moon in the middle of autumn in the lunar calernder was in the beginning of the Octorber.
